Poor Customer Support:
The only means of contact provided on the Contact Us page of Gervars com as “[email protected]” website is fake! Mails sent to the address are not replied. How then can customers contact the store after placing order? This is suspicious!
Fake Business Address:
The physical business address provided on the Contact Us page of Wafully online store as “71-75 Shelton Street, Convent Garden, London, England WC2H 9JQ” This address does not look good and has been used by many other online stores like Gervars, Nikaruostore etc. How then can customers locate the store in case of refund/return of goods?
Lacks Security:
There is no trust seal from Norton, McAfee etc. As a result of this, Customers financial and personal details are not secured and are vulnerable to online hackers. Beware!
No Social Media Presence:
It is obvious that the people behind Wafully online store are afraid of being exposed on social media plat forms. There is no social media icon provided on the website. We searched and could not find any social media page belonging to the store.
Website Age:
According to ICANN Lookup ( a domain checker), The website was recently registered on 12 March 2022 and as a result has not passed the test of time. Newly registered websites can’t be vouched for as there is no previous history. Also, Newly created websites are used by online scammers in their fraudulent practices.
Conclusion:
From our findings, Wafully.com, just like Ossegim Shinesapparel, Bizbuy, Dannshoes, Malvos, Movidaco are not trustworthy online stores. As a result of this, We cannot vouch for its authenticity. Hence, customers are advise to tread with caution.
According to FTC, fraudulent online stores is one of the most reported fraud categories in 2022. Reports online show that more than one thousand persons fall prey to this kind of scam monthly. This is as a result of unchecked advertising on social media, cheap prices, and unsecured payment systems.

I ordered quite a large purchase on October 1st, 2002, from Wafully, warm clothes for a mountains trip. Not only did it NOT go out the next day as promised, it did not go out for two weeks, therefore missing the trip. I emailed back and forth and kept being told it was coming but it’s Halloween, and the tshirts the girls were wearing for taking the kids trick or treating are not here. I tried to email them and they said the inbox was full. It showed on several sites that it is related to Shein? I will never shop from any Shein site or knock off site ever again.
I think I have been scammed! Have not received the order! Do not trust!!

I ordered Oct 1 2022. I still have not received my order. I contacted via email. I was contacted back stating that there is a delay in shipment due to back up orders…etc. However, that my order was in process. This was several weeks ago. mid October. Now when I email, I get an undeliverable email response stating that my email is not deliverable. They took payment but no products of my order have been delivered. This is very upsetting. Cannot trust anyone!!!!!
