Total scam will never see product or money
I did recieve the hoodie and the belt but I had to contact them and it took a month. My husband had the belt for 2 months and the buckle broke. I sent them an email and they told me to send them a picture and they would check it and get back to us with an exchange. That was 2 weeks ago. I haven’t heard anything since and I’ve sent 3 more emails since then. This is the first complaint I’ve publicly filed. They are a company and they do have the hoodie and the belt. The hoodie is just fine there’s no problems with it. It’s the belt and the customer service I have a problem with.
