I like the principle of the air-fryer and it is easy to use.

Worked fine for about 14/15 months then I noticed it was losing the non-stick coating This got progressively worse so I contacted Tower to make a claim under the extended warranty. It was now 20 months old and by now had lost most of the coating. Towers reply was this was normal wear and tear and if I wanted a replacement I would have to pay for it.
Very disappointing.
