Have ordered perfume from look incredible three weeks ago, still not turned up after three emails to them. They said it would be arriving between the 24 and 28 Nov. Did not arrive. I am using fragrance avenue because Look incredible is part of their company which went into liquidation awhile ago but are still taking orders for perfumes. There is no trust seal from Norton, McAfee etc. As a result of this, Customers financial and personal details are not secured and are vulnerable to online hackers. Beware!
