I shopped with Strontita and they sent poor products. When I contacted them for an exchange they told me I had to send the items back to China at my own expense and therefore it would be better to just take 20% off further purchases from them instead.
I advised them that as items weren’t as described it doesn’t make sense that I would purchase more, that my package from them arrived from Ipswich and I can return it there and that there website advertises ‘a smooth easy exchange’ which I had not experienced. They responded saying it was ‘my fault’ that the items weren’t up to my standards and that I should gift them to others or send them to China.
I responded to people on Instagram to let them know not to purchase from these thieves and they blocked me. I found their Trustpilot page which I wish I found before purchasing from them & turns out no one ever gets a refund or exchange. Total scam!
