I ordered 2 outfits and a pair of boots all with the total of around $40. I tracked the shipment because I couldn’t wait to get such cute clothes and boots at an extremely low low price. Monday, October 24th, yesterday I got an email saying that they were delivered at/in mailbox. So as I get to the mailbox I pull out 2 packages the size of a hairbrush. Open to find a ring in each one. So definitely they ARE a scam.

The only means of contact provided on the Contact Us page of the website as “[email protected]” is fake! Mails sent to the address are not replied. How then can customers contact the store after placing order? This is suspicious!
Fake Business Address:
The physical business address on the Contact Us page of Polaplanet website as “6ON12FLOOR,WEALTHCOMMERCIALCENTRE,NO.48” Has been used by many other fraudulent online stores. This store is not recognized on the address. This does not look good. How then can customers locate the store in case of refund/return of goods?
Lacks Quality:
Did you notice that the faces of the models used on the Polaplanet shop were cropped out? This simple mean that the store is not the original owner of the wears on display. They were stolen from other website.
Lacks Security:
There is no trust seal from Norton, McAfee etc. As a result of this, Customers financial and personal details are not secured and are vulnerable to online hackers. Beware!
No Social Media Presence:
It is obvious that the people behind the Polaplanet online store are afraid of being exposed on social media plat forms? There is no social media icon provided on the website. We searched and could not find any social media page belong to the store.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM…HORRIBLE. I placed an order in October for Christmas and it took till December to get notification that it was delivered I never recieved my order. I have been emailing them since the first week of December to get a refund and no one has been able to help me.
I ordered product on November 3rd. It is now March 10th. Nothing. Emails keep saying that they need to contact the transportation company. I keep telling them to refund my money but I get no response about that
