Tried it for the first time last night. Took 30 minutes before bed (about 9:00 p.m.) Supposed to have immediate release and a timed release for later. Awoke at 1:00 a.m. was up for no less than 2 hours. Had some fitful sleep after that till about 5 a.m. When I did sleep during the night, I had horrible nightmares. I have insomnia issues and I have digestive issues, thought this might be the answer. Sadly it was just another waste of money. The good reviews are what made me decide to try it. Hope this review saves someone else from wasting their money. P.S. I’m feeling extra tired today. Perhaps another bad side effect.
