This was meant as a therapeutic neck massager but it is a bit of a nightmare to figure out. The instructions come with no pictures and are in Chinese so not much help with figuring it out. You have to turn the unit upside down to get it to work and sometimes it wont. I may start buzzing then stay on for 20-30 mins. The next time you use it, it only works if your moving. I don’t get it. Since I can’t use it when I want to, I don’t know if its helping or not. It feels good when it does but it may take a few days and some shaking to get it to work. It shipped from China (and it was pretty cheap) so I won’t be returning it but it would be nice to get instructions in English so I could maybe figure this out.

Waste of money. Says it’s supposed to pulsate when your posture is off but I was almost upside down before it pulsated. Can go around all day and it does nothing
