This is my first time purchasing hearing aids, and I found these easy to set up and adjust. I’ve had them for a few weeks now, and I’m quite happy with them. Changing settings using the app is a plus. One small issue – you have to continually sign into the app manually when it should be set up to use face recognition through the Apple phone. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that most people don’t even notice they are in, including my husband!

The aids themselves are so so, could be louder and they would be great. The companion microphone is a joke. Don’t go there it does not do what you think by what they say.
