This product is the worst I have ever tried!!!! The very first day it shot down my bowels and made me sick as Hell!!! I couldn’t work for 2 weeks, and almost lost my job behind it. I had to go to the hospital 2 times, and took 3 packs of dulcalax in 2 days to make my bowels start back to working. I was in misery and pain for 2 weeks the only relief before the dulcalax was to throw up!!! I was bloated in awful pain, and still today 5 weeks later my bowel movement is not solid, it’s diagharea!!! I do not recommend this one at all!!!! I went to my Doctor yesterday to get some antibiotics to help my stomach. I have talked to a lot of people who had the same problem. This thing requires you to take 30 pills a day!! I waisted $133 on this product that I had to trash the very first day because it hurt me worst than anything else have ever hurt me!!! No praises from me on THIS ONE !!!!

Arrived quickly and in perfect condition. At halfway point with the program and happy with the results. I am not following the diet exactly because so many people who reviewed the product indicated great results initially and gaining some weight back. My philosophy is to follow as closely as I can maintain after program to change lifestyle and keep weight off.
I am a gym rat and do Insanity programs at home. Results are impossible without diet/nutrition changes. The key to success is clean eating. There is no way around it. (period)
I hate taking pills and this program is 30 pills a day deep. Ugh!!! However, worth it
