I started with the Relief Factor 3 week trail. It seemed to help with my back pain but when the next shipment came around it was late getting to me and I had to go a week without. Then when the 3rd shipment time came around it says it was shipped but after 3 weeks I still don’t have it so again I’m w2 weeks without it now. Also the Trail package is 19.95 but then subsequent shipments with tax are $92.00, a hefty price. Their customer service is not very good either. I called but they said it’s better to send an email since lines are all tied up. So I email about where my shipment might be and got no answer.
