It is most definitely a scam. I ordered two flying drone balls which were shipped from Italy and took over a month to be delivered. They were late and didn’t make it on time for Christmas – we gifted them a few days after. They worked for 2 minutes and then needed charged. The charger and charging input were very flimsy. The charger wouldn’t enter the input and the drone wouldn’t charge. I emailed customer service and got back and forth runaround for 10 days (they kept requesting a video to show it was defective even though that isn’t part of their return policy). Then, 15 days after receipt, they emailed and said it had been too long. I threw the pieces of junk in the garbage. Such a waste of time and money.
