I recently purchased heated gloves from this company. It was a shit show from the beginning. Started out to be a Christmas gift but took about a month before they were delivered. Needless to say they didn’t get to me in time. Neither glove got very warm and one never worked through the three cycles and by the second day stopped working altogether. It should also be known the batteries (6-AA) by now were dead. I wouldn’t buy another product from this company as they don’t refund and if they agree to exchange the cost of shipping is on you. Stay away from this company (Surcell) and don’t purchase their products with the brand name of Hilipert. The products are made and shipped from China. Even if the product arrives, there is a good chance it won’t live up to your expectations. Buy American made products.

They are a Scam company. Buyer beware!!
ordered the muscle stimulator and got nothing. no responses to e mails, tracking shows nothing shipped. Checked my bank and the payment went to some place called Sursell which is a womens shoe store. Called the because they have a phone number and never recieved an order or money from me. Hilipert is a scam, the positive reviews are fake, the web site showing people constantly buying their products are fake. Good thing bank investigated it, got my money back and reported these crooks. Please do not believe their ads. ITS A SCAM
Bought a heated vest for a Christmas gift. It was supposed to be a large. The tag inside the garment says 2X. It fits me, a size small. I emailed them asking for a larger size. Website says you’ll hear from them in 24 hours. Never heard anything. Now I know.
