My own experience of Grae Cove couldn’t be more different from your review. The products were excellent quality and the customer service was excellent. They replaced one dress free of charge when I asked to exchange it for a different size. How does a new company survive if you advise people not to go there because they are new! Get your facts right.
This review is absurd. I understand that they still might be a scam, but a quick look at the so-called fake address on Google Maps shows a huge office building and it’s completely logical that they have an office in that building. Grae Cove has never claimed to be a brick and mortar store, which you can’t seem to wrap your head around. Not all clothing companies have physical retail spaces ones shops in. It’s an e-commerce business and the clothes apparently ship directly from their Chinese factory. I’m all for deep dives into companies, but if you don’t do your homework well, you’re just spreading disinformation and that’s the real scam.
This was interesting to read. My mother and I have bought 4 different items from Grae Cove recently. Three have arrived and I’m awaiting the last, very recently ordered item.
So far so good. I love the quality and sizing of the items (2 dresses and 1 par of trousers). We plan to order more in the future as long as the current level of service and quality continue.
NOT pleased with customer support. Have sent three emails requesting a return label and still no response.
This review is ridiculous. I have ordered many items and returned items and everything was handled professionally. High quality linen and the garments fit beautifully. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.
I ordered from this store and was initially worried by the bad reviews, but I noticed that many of the bad revies given were answered by the company who tried to make things right rather than just take money and run away. I received my order in good time, it was sent with a tracking number, the quality is excellent, the fit is good, and the clothes lovely. I am very satisfied with my experience.
