I made two purchases from this store, and got some pretty, if not high quality, jewelry at a price I thought was fair. However, about a month after my second purchase, I saw another charge from the store for about $25 pop up on my bank statement. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed this was a recurring payment (which I was not aware of and did not sign up for.) They were able to block the store from making any more charges to my debit card. I would warn anyone against buying from this store, they are indeed scammers.
Same thing happened to me. Made original purchase in July and have been billed again for the same amount in August and September.
They ripped me off. I bought 2 chakra charms off of them because their advertisement was they were going out of business so the charms were only $1.00 each. Which was true, total paid with shipping it came to $7.93 back in July 2022. September 2022 I receive a charge on my card for $19.38 from Vital Chakra when I contact them they tell me it is their monthly membership fee that is waived for the first 2 months. No sorry I didn’t sign up for any membership especially after I thought you were closing in the first place. I told them I did not want to be a member that it was false advertisement and I would like a refund. Never heard back from them again and needless to say never received my refund either.
I must have ordered from them, but I have to say, the jewelry isn’t my style. I never received anything from them. I can’t reach them. I’ve been trying for a few months.
They are thieves.
