The order arrived in time and was complete however one item was astonishingly low quality in terms of material and finishing.
I ordered 4 different items between shirts and T-shirts, and all arrived with very low quality in fabric and print. I can’t wear them outside the bedroom. Won’t trust them to order anything from them again.
First I purchase 1 item (man jacket) it came in time, and it’s jus what I saw on site. Second purchase was late, I send an email and they answer it quickly apologizing and said that they will urge the warehouse, a month latter the items came, 2 identical jackets but different sizes, just what I ordered, and I am completely satisfied with print & fabrics (for quality of tailoring, honestly I didn’t expect better for this price), but 3 item wasn’t what I ordered. Now I am sending another complain, but what should I say, it’s not high price, this jacket that I got is not to bad.
